At Concrete Collaborative, we take pride in our artisan craftsmanship; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your architectural surfaces, we offer a 30-day return window for standard, non-custom products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the unused material to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the concrete tiles or slabs onto their original pallets or crates, ensuring all protective layers are intact to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Logistics

  Coordinate with our approved freight carriers to schedule a pickup; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee on eligible items.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
